Check service health and get help from the Aivana team.
Service status
Live service health and incident history are at status.aivana.ai. Check it first if requests are failing with 502 or 504 errors.
Contacting support
Use the "Still have questions?" help request at the bottom of any docs page. Include as much of the following as you can, so we can find your request quickly:
- The request_id (and id, if you have it) from the response or error.
- For a problem with a key, its Tracking ID from the API Keys page.
- The error code and message, and the HTTP status.
- Roughly when it happened, and which endpoint you called.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
Never send your secret API key
Aivana will never ask you for your secret key. Use the Tracking ID to identify a key. If a key may have been exposed, revoke it on the API Keys page and create a new one.
